Can "PO Box" be spelled out for the purpose of formal addresses for wedding invitations, etc....? - formal way address wedding invitations
For example: "Post Office Box" instead of mailbox. If the USPS recognizes and deliver?

While I understand your question, most things should be written in the official addresses, I would not do. There seems to be cumbersome. But it depends on you, it is wrong to write.
