Rapidshare tied up with ghost download? - tied rapidshare
I was downloading a file in the RS, my computer froze, I rebooted. RS now thinks that the file is downloaded, and will not let me do it. Yes, I am a free user account.

RS has always been the problem. If you start a download, which left the total size of what you are for that period if it is at the end or not. Just wait until the time passes.
